Joyful Harvest Church, ELCA

After several months of conversation, the Discovery Team recommended and the Council agreed to enter into a charter relationship with Cub Scout Pack 455. Pack leadership came to Joyful Harvest in October 2008 to initially discuss the potential partnership between the congregation and the Pack. The Discovery Team took on the responsibility of further investigating this opportunity and in February 2009, made their recommendation to Council.

As their chartering organization, Joyful Harvest will be responsible for helping to provide leadership and spiritual guidance to Pack 455, in addition to accommodating their facility needs. Pastor Doug Liston has volunteered to serve as Joyful Harvest’s coordinator working with Pack leadership.
