Joyful Harvest Church

Joyful Harvest has been supporting the PADS (Public Action to Deliver Shelter) program in recent years. Homelessness is especially apparent during the cold weather months. To help ease the burden, volunteer operated shelters have been established throughout Chicagoland. Joyful Harvest supports the Lindenhurst site once a month. Volunteers are needed on Saturday, February 13, departing from Joyful Harvest at 2:30 a.m. and returning at 7:30 a.m. Volunteers care for 35-50 individuals by providing them safety, warmth, bedding, hot breakfast, and a lunch for the day. Male and female volunteers, over the age of 16, are welcome.
