Joyful Harvest Church

Members and friends of Joyful Harvest are reaching out with the love of God to those who have survived the devastating earthquake in Haiti. Joyful Harvest is well on its way to purchase not just one but two water purifiers that can each provide fresh, clean drinking water for about 500 people per day. Joyful Harvest is partnering with Air Mobile Ministries out of Florida to supply these water filters for use in effected communities in Haiti.

Having a fresh supply of safe drinking water can help fulfill one of the most basic needs by those who find themselves homeless and without basic services. Each water filtration system costs $2,000. At the time of publication, over $2500 has already been raised with several individuals expressing a desire yet to contribute. In addition, some students are knitting scarves to sell in order to donate to this project as well.
